By registering through the application or web platform and utilizing this merchant service for the pick-up and drop-off of parcels, the user (hereinafter referred to as the "Sender") agrees to the following Privacy & Policy.
The company reserves the right to utilize any mode of transportation (road, air, or water) to facilitate the delivery of items or documents booked by the consignee.
The company reserves the right to inspect or verify any consignment before booking.
The company reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel these rules and terms at any time.
Sending cash, checks, gift checks, prize bonds, flammable substances, explosives, liquids, or any illegal items inside cartons and heavy documents is strictly prohibited.
No contraband or illegal goods, documents, parcels, or items shall be booked. In the event of a default, the consignee will be held exclusively liable legally for such booking.
It is forbidden to send cash, checks, gift checks, or prize bonds with documents without a formal declaration.
Any items that may cause damage to other items or goods cannot be booked for carriage. In the event of a violation, the company will not bear any loss, damage, or breakage, and all liabilities will reside with the consignee.
The company reserves the right to abandon or destroy any heavy documents or goods at any time if they pose a threat to other property, life, or transport, without any liability.
The sender shall bear all responsibilities for the information provided in the consignment note and the liability for the information of booked items, goods, or documents.
The sender must inform the company of all necessary information required by Customs, Excise, Narcotics, and Police before sending goods.
The sender must supply all valid papers regarding the consignment before booking for verification by Police, Customs, Octroi, or any other legal agencies. Failure to do so will result in the consignee bearing all responsibilities (including legal action and financial loss).
If the sender provides incorrect or incomplete information about the consignment, they will be liable for any resulting losses to the company, and legal action will be taken against them.
The company is not liable to compensate the sender, recipient, or any other claimant for any unintentional accidental damage caused during the transportation of goods or heavy documents.
The company is not responsible for damage or loss caused by natural disasters, accidents, fire, or any other unforeseen calamities beyond control.
The company will not be held responsible if the delivery is delayed due to communication issues or unavoidable circumstances such as strikes, transport blockades, vehicle breakdowns, or obstacles on land, water, or air routes.
If a consignment causes any damage to other goods, transport vehicles, or individuals, the recipient, sender, or owner of that consignment must bear the compensation.
The company is not liable for damage or spoilage of the internal contents of any consignment.
The Acknowledgement receipt/POD will be preserved for one (1) month from the date of booking for verification by the sender or consignee.
If the consignment is received by the nominated or selected person of the consignee, it will be assumed to be delivered to the right person, and no complaint will be accepted.
At the time of delivery, the receiver must satisfy itself about the receipt of the consignment in good condition. No complaint will be received afterwards.
For lost or damaged goods/heavy documents, a maximum of 300/- (three hundred) BDT will be paid for the first 1 kg, and a maximum of 100/- (one hundred) BDT will be provided for each subsequent kg.
According to the company's 'Declared Value' rule, if a fee of 10/- (ten) BDT per 1,000/- BDT of declared value is paid along with double the standard charge, the company will provide a maximum of 80% (eighty percent) compensation of the total declared value.
The sender may arrange cargo insurance at their own expense.
For extra packaging, if required, the actual cost will be charged by the company.
No complaints or claims regarding delivery will be accepted from the recipient/sender after seven (7) days from the date of booking.
Any damage noticed at the time of receiving the goods must be reported to the company immediately. No complaints will be entertained after the delivery has been completed.
If goods or parcels are lost or damaged, a written complaint must be submitted to the concerned booking or delivery office.
